Treating cancer in low resource settings

Many health providers have considered cancer treatment too complex for the lowest resource countries. But there are a number of approaches to overcoming, at least, in part, this problem. Indeed, given the constant increase in the number of cancers in such countries, people who have cancer must be cared for in some way. INCTR would be interested to hear how low income countries have approached this problem - by health professionals or policy makers in such countries in particular.
